Keep Your Cloud Environment Reliable, Secure and Understandable

Cloud infrastructure continues to change after launch.

Applications grow, cloud services are updated, costs shift, security requirements evolve and new integrations are introduced. Without regular attention, even a well-designed environment can become expensive, unreliable or difficult to understand.

Nala Networks provides ongoing support for AWS and Google Cloud environments based on an agreed service scope, monthly capacity and response requirements.

WHAT WE COVER

What Managed Cloud Support Can Cover

Support scope is defined per agreement. The following areas can be included depending on your operational requirements.

Cloud Infrastructure Reviews

We regularly review the resources supporting your applications and identify operational risks, outdated configurations and improvement opportunities before they become problems.

Monitoring and Alert Maintenance

We configure and maintain useful monitoring for application health, infrastructure performance and service failures — uptime checks, error monitoring, dashboards and alert routing.

Production Troubleshooting

We investigate problems across applications and infrastructure — availability, failed deployments, container errors, database connectivity, network issues, API failures and integration problems.

Deployment Support

We assist with application releases and deployment workflows — pipeline troubleshooting, deployment configuration, environment changes, container builds, release verification and rollback assistance.

Cloud Cost Reviews

We review cloud usage and identify unnecessary or inefficient spending — compute sizing, container utilization, storage, data transfer, logging volume, idle resources and backup settings.

Security and Access Improvements

We help maintain practical cloud security controls — IAM reviews, service-account permissions, secret management, public endpoint reviews, firewall configuration and environment separation.

Backup and Recovery Readiness

We verify that backups exist, retention settings are appropriate and restoration procedures are understood — database backups, storage versioning, recovery documentation and restore testing.

Documentation Maintenance

We keep architecture diagrams, resource inventories, deployment instructions and operational runbooks up-to-date so your team retains control of the environment.

HOW IT WORKS

How Managed Support Works

Every managed support engagement begins with a review and a clearly agreed scope. We do not assume responsibilities that are not explicitly documented.

Onboarding Sequence — Six Steps

  1. 01

    Initial Infrastructure Review

We review the relevant applications, resources, architecture, deployment workflow, monitoring, backups and known problems.

  2. 02

    Support Scope

We agree on the systems covered, responsibilities, monthly capacity, communication process and response expectations.

  3. 03

    Access and Documentation

We establish secure access and collect or create the documentation needed to support the environment.

  4. 04

    Stabilization

We address the most important reliability, security, monitoring and operational gaps identified during onboarding.

  5. 05

    Ongoing Operation

We provide the agreed reviews, troubleshooting, deployment assistance and infrastructure improvements.

  6. 06

    Reporting and Recommendations

We document completed work, unresolved risks and recommended next steps on a regular basis.

ENGAGEMENT OPTIONS

Flexible Support Models

Response times, after-hours availability and incident coverage depend on the selected agreement. These commitments should be documented rather than assumed.

Retained Engineering Hours

A defined number of cloud and DevOps engineering hours each month for planned improvements, deployments and troubleshooting.

Scheduled Infrastructure Reviews

Periodic reviews of cost, performance, security, monitoring and backup readiness — without ongoing operational commitment.

Application-Focused Support

Ongoing infrastructure support scoped to a specific application, integration platform or enterprise AI system.

Project Plus Ongoing Support

Implementation of a cloud project followed by continued maintenance and improvement — from build through to long-term operation.

WHY NALA NETWORKS

Why Choose Nala Networks for Cloud Support?

We are not a monitoring dashboard or a helpdesk ticket system. We are an engineering team that understands how cloud infrastructure, applications and business systems fit together.

We Understand Applications and Infrastructure

Many production problems cross the boundary between application code, databases, networking, cloud configuration and external APIs. We can investigate the complete technical path.

AWS and Google Cloud Experience

We can support organizations using either cloud platform and environments that connect services across both.

Support for AI and Integrations

Our cloud expertise extends to enterprise AI, RAG, workflow automation, Shopify applications and system integrations.

Practical Improvement

We focus on the changes that improve reliability, security, maintainability or cost — not activity that only makes a report look busy.

Clear Documentation

We document important work and recommendations so your organization retains control of its infrastructure — not just knowledge of its current state.

Managed Cloud Support FAQs

Is this a 24/7 managed service?

Support hours, response times and after-hours coverage depend on the service agreement. We do not treat 24/7 availability as included unless it is explicitly defined and resourced.

Can you take over an environment created by another provider?

Yes. We begin with an infrastructure and access review so we can understand the environment before accepting operational responsibility.

Do you support both the application and cloud infrastructure?

Support can include both when they fall within the agreed scope. This is particularly useful when production issues involve application code, deployments, databases and cloud configuration.

Can you help only when we have a problem?

Focused troubleshooting engagements may be available, but ongoing support is more effective when monitoring, documentation and access are established before a serious incident occurs.

Can you support our internal development team?

Yes. We can act as a cloud and DevOps resource while your internal team retains application ownership.

Do unused support hours roll over?

This depends on the selected agreement. Retained-hour rules, response expectations and included services should be clearly documented before support begins.

Can you guarantee that our systems will never go down?

No responsible provider can guarantee that every cloud application will remain available under all circumstances. We can improve architecture, monitoring, recovery readiness and incident response based on the agreed requirements.
